Fred Baker, 79, of Greenwood, FL sadly left us on Saturday, January 6, 2024, where he passed at his home.
He was born to Leon William and Lena Baker in Buffalo, NY. He traveled to Florida by boat where he finished out his life with his loving wife of 23 years, Beth Gentry Baker.
Fred was survived by three sisters, Shirley, Nancy, and Carol; two daughters, Charmain and Zina; and two sons Adam and Steven. He is also survived by two stepdaughters, Cindy and Kelly; three, grandchildren, Jonathan, Elizabeth and Joseph; and one great-grandson, Aiden James.
Fred's wishes were for no services but to be cremated and to swim with the Grouper. James & Sikes Funeral Home Maddox Chapel are in charge of arrangements.
