Willie Paul Gilley, 85, of Dellwood passed away comfortably, Thursday, April 28, 2016 at his residence.
Willie Paul was a life long resident of Jackson County, where he lived his life's dream as a farmer. He enjoyed growing peanuts, corn, raising hogs and cattle. He was a veteran of the Korean Conflict.
Left behind to celebrate Willie Paul's life is his wife of 50 years, Ruth Gilley; four children, Jean Ramos, Kenneth, Danny, and Paul Gilley; 13 grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren.
Graveside services will be 3 p.m. Monday, May 2, 2016 at Coulliette-Gilley Cemetery in Dellwood with Rev. Jack Howell officiating. Interment will follow in Coulliette-Gilley Cemetery with James & Sikes Funeral Home Maddox Chapel directing.
