Bill was born January 12, 1959 in Hastings, MI and moved to Sneads in January, 2007. He was a member of Marianna Moose #1026; worked in production for ten years at Koyo Corp., of Battle Creek, Mich.; He became disabled in 2007. Bill love to hunt and fish and he loved helping other people. Preceded in death by his wife Ella. He is survived by his mother, Patricia Prouty and stepfather, Norman of Sneads; father, George Ulrich, Sr. and stepmother Jeanette Ulrich of Hastings, Mi.; three daughters, Brooke Miller, Tonya Shay and Meghan Harlow all of Hastings, MI.; grandchildren, Lacey, Austin, Daniel and Dorian; Siblings include, Fredrick Ulrich, and Mary Richards of Hastings, MI.; Victoria Saucier and Debra Wood of Wayland, MI; George Ulrich, Jr. of Umattila, Fl. and several nephews and nieces.
