William A. Payne

William A. Payne, 52, of Marianna died Friday, May 23, 2008 at Marianna Health and Rehabilitation Center. A native of Dublin, Georgia, Mr. Payne had resided in Marianna for the past five years, he was a U.S. Army veteran and Baptist by faith. He was preceded in death by his father, Parkey Payne and a brother, Darrell Payne. Survivors include two daughters, Heather Rene Payne Ritchie and husband Steve of Phoenix, Az., Jessica Leeann Payne of Jacksonville; Dee Dee broussard and husband Brian of Coronado California and Barbie Burdeshaw of Marianna, His mother and step father, Freda Payne Porter and Terry Porter of Cypress; one brother, Steve Payne of Ft. Lauderdale; two sisters, Belinda McLane and husband Alan, Pamela Clark and husband Darrell all of Grand Ridge; the mother of his children, Debbie Payne of Jacksonville and the wonderful staff of Marianna Health and Rehabilitation Center. Funeral services will be at 10am CDT Monday, May 26, 2008 at Cypress Baptist Church with Ralph Harrell officiating, burial will follow at Cypress Cemetery with James & Sikes Funeral Home Maddox Chapel directing.
