Jamesa and Sikes Funeral Home Maddox Chapel Wayne King, 53, of West New York, N.J. died Thursday September 29, 2011 at Englewood Hospital in New Jersey after a brief illness. Robert was born August 18, 1958, was a graduate of Marianna High School, Wayne furthered his education at Chipola Jr. College, graduated from FSU with a B.M.E., the University of Miami, MBA; and post-grad studies at Yale University. For more than 10 years, Wayne served as the Director of Marketing and Administration at The Goldstein Group based in Paramus, N.J. He was preceded in death by his father, Newt F. King, grandparents James and Bessie King; Bill and Emma Duce; Uncle's Larry King and Robert Moline and cousin, Mark Moline. Survivors include his partner, Kazanobu Akutsu, of West New York, N.J., his mother, Ruth Duce King of Marianna; two sisters Lynn King of Panama City, Rachel Ferraris and husband Scott of Warner Robins, Ga. Wayne had a special relationship with his nieces and nephews Courtney Cornog, Madison and Olivia Kolb of Panama City, Joseph and Jon David Ferraris of Warner Robins, Georgia. Also surviving Uncle's Donnie Duce and wife Trish of Chipley, Gayle Duce and wife Patsey of Marianna, John King and wife Pat of Bascom; Aunt's Nell King of Two Egg, Elsie Moline of Marianna and Lo Watts of Jacksonville. A Memorial Service will be held on Friday evening October 7th, 6:00 pm at James & Sikes Maddox Chapel.
