Wynelle was preceded in death by her parents Sidney and Claudia Matthews. She leaves precious memories to cherish with her husband of 44 years, William Donald Ethridge; daughters Jennifer Ethridge of Dellwood; Jana Lawrence of Sneads; son Jerod Ethridge of Dellwood; granddaughter, Amber Davis of Dellwood; brother, David Eugene Matthews and wife Barbara of Dellwood; twin sister, Vera Genelle Glass and husband Bill of Chattahoochee; many nieces, nephews and cousins. Wynelle retired as a Fiscal Assistant ll from Florida State Hospital with 23 years of services as she began her courageous fight with cancer. She was a life-time member of Welcome Assembly of God Church. Funeral services will be at 2 p.m., Wednesday, Dec. 16, 2009, at Welcome Assembly of God Church in Dellwood with Rev. Gary Howell, Dr. Thomas Batts and Rev. Jack Howell officiating. Interment will follow in church cemetery with James & Sikes Funeral Home Maddox Chapel directing. The family will receive friends Tuesday from 6-8 p.m. at Welcome Assembly of God Church, 6784 Messer Road, Grand Ridge, FL near Dellwood.
