Virginia M. Weeks

Virginia M. Weeks, 66, of Grand Ridge died Monday, December 7, 2009 at her residents in Grand Ridge. A native of Jackson County, Mrs. Weeks was a retired bus driver of the Jackson County School System and attended Emanual Holiness Church. She was preceded in death by her parents, Amos and Curtis Bradley Weeks. Survivors include, one son, Mitchell Moates, Jr. and wife Tammy of Pelham, GA.; two daughters, Felicia Adams and husband Bob of Grand Ridge, Nina Rountree of Sneads; three brothers, Maxwell and Jerry Weeks both of Sneads; Skeeter Weeks of Pelham, GA.; one sister, Nancy White of Sneads; five grandchildren, Jinny A. Carter, Robert E. Adams, Jr. and wife Tiffany, Tamara Pacheco, Desiree' Libby and Harlee Moates and three great grandchildren, Rayleigh B. Carter, Mya Pacheco and Klhoe Pacheco. Graveside funeral service will be 11 am Thursday, December 10, 2009 at Cow Pen Pond Cemetery with Sister Eva Howell and Rev. Jack Howell officiating. The family will receive friends at Cow Pen Pond Cemetery one hour prior to graveside services with James & Sikes Funeral Home Maddox Chapel directing."
