Trudy Peacock

Agnes L. "Trudy" Peacock, of Sneads died Monday, April 23, 2007 in Sneads. She was a native of Okaloosa County where she lived most of her life before moving to Jackson County in 1983. Mrs. Peacock retired from the Okaloosa County School System. Preceded in death by her husband, C. J. Peacock in 2005. Survivors include two sisters-in-law, Agnes Jeter of Sneads, Susie Peacock of Grand Ridge; one brother-in-law, Levie Peacock of Grand Ridge; her niece and caregiver, Peggie P. Banks and husband, Hinton of Sneads; several other nieces and nephews. Graveside funeral services will be held at 10 a.m. Thursday at Dykes Cemetery in Grand Ridge with Jack Howell officiating. James & Sikes Funeral Home Maddox Chapel will direct. No visitation is planned.
