Troy Tyus, Jr., died Tuesday, September 18, 2012, in Hollywood, Fl.
"Chuck" as he was called by everyone, was a 1978 graduate of Grand Ridge High School. He was preceded in death by his father, Troy Lee Tyus and mother, Vergelina Tyus. Survivors include, two sisters, Saundra Applewhite of Grand Ridge and Dianne Tyus Berry of Marianna; one brother, Ted Tyus and wife Charlotte, of Marianna; seven nieces and nephews, and eight great nieces and nephews.
A memorial service will be held on Thursday, September 27, 2012, at 6:00 pm, CST, at the Sneads Assembly of God Church, with the Rev. Juno Douglas officiating.
A time of visitation with family and friends will follow the memorial service in the church fellowship hall.
