James & Sikes Funeral Home Maddox Chapel Thomas Earl Neel, 56, of Grand Ridge, Fl died Sunday, November 27, 2011 at his residence. He was born in Marianna, Florida December 18, 1954. He graduated from Choctawhatchee High School, and attended Oklaloosa-Walton Community College. He loved Destin, the water, and people. He was a boat captain. He was preceded in death by his father, William Claude Neel; two brothers, Darryl Lynn Neel and Carl Oscar Neel. Survivors include his daughter, Sara Ashley Neel of Destin; his mother, Johnnie Neel of Grand Ridge; one sister, Cheryl Ann Fendick of Baton Rouge, LA.
