Thomas John "Tony" Mccroan

Thomas John " Tony" McCroan, Jr. 87, of Two Egg died May 28, 2007 at Jackson Hospital in Marianna. Funeral services will be held Thursday, May 31, 2007 at Maddox Chapel with Rev. Ronnie Wright officiating. Burial will follow in Pinecrest Memorial Gardens with James & Sikes Funeral Home Maddox Chapel directing. The family will receive friends from 6-8 p.m. Wednesday at James & Sikes Maddox Chapel. Preceded in death by his wife Annie L. McCroan. Survivors include her son, John MCCroan and wife Ada of Greenwood; one daughter, Debbie Jordan and husband, Charles of Charleston, S.C.; one sister, Sally "S.E." Wimberly of Cypress; two grandchildren, Tommy McCroan & Danielle McCroan; three great-grandchildren. Mr. McCroan was a native and lifelong resident of Jackson County, graduated from Marianna High School, retired after 34 years with The Winn Dixie Food Corporation.
