He was preceded in death by his father, Rev. William James Floyd. His family members, his daughter, Yolanda Rae "Shadow Wolf" Floyd of Defuniak Springs; one step son, Michael Laux of Japan; his mother, Mary E. Floyd of Grand Ridge; one sister, Ronda Raiford and husband, Eugene of Huntsville, AL.; nieces, Melanie Olmstead of Bartow, Elizabeth Dianna Raiford of San Tan Valley, AZ.; nephews, James Kendall Raiford of Phoenix, AZ.; great nieces, Irvanna and Haley Olmstead both of Bartow; great nephews, Leo James Raiford and Tyler Stephen Raiford both of San Tan Valley, AZ. Funeral services will be at 10 a.m., Wednesday, September 14, 2011 at James & Sikes Maddox Chapel with Revs. Eugene R. Raiford, Frances Dudley and Raymond Owens officiating. Burial will follow in Shady Grove Cemetery with James & Sikes Funeral Home Maddox Chapel directing. The family will receive friends Wednesday, at 9 a.m., one hour prior to funeral at James & Sikes Maddox Chapel.
