Thomas Edward Demaree, 79, of Marianna, Florida passed away Friday, September 15, 2023, at Jackson Hospital. He was born to Paul Thomas and Claudie Demaree on September 22, 1943, in Elizabethtown, Kentucky.
He proudly served his country in the U S Navy. Thomas was preceded in death by his wife, Sandra Ann Demaree. He is survived by two sons, Gary Demaree and his wife, Debbie, Paul Demaree; and one daughter, Lisa Collins all of Marianna; five grandchildren, Harlyn Demaree, Sandy Demaree, Jena Demaree, Megan Paul, Madison Collins; and seven great-grandchildren.
The family will receive friends during the memorial service at 9:00 AM, Friday, September 22, 2023, with Pastor Gino Mayo officiating and James & Sikes Funeral Home Maddox Chapel directing.
In lieu of flowers, donations are appreciated in his memory to St. Jude Children's Hospital, his favorite charity, or the American Cancer Society.
