Terry was born June 3, 1967 in Fayetteville, North Carolina to James Jerry and Eunice Todd Jackson.
He is survived by two sons, Jonathan Jackson and Christopher Jackson both of Virginia; and father, James Jerry Jackson or North Carolina.
