James & Sikes Funeral Home Maddox Chapel Ted Michael "Teddy" Jeter, 15, of Sneads, died Thursday, September 6, 2012, from injuries sustained in an automobile accident. He was a loving, caring and thoughtful son and big brother. He had an extreme love for sports. His favorites being the New England Patriots, the Miami Heat and of course the Florida State Seminoles. He enjoyed playing playstation with his friends, spending time with his family and going to Florida State games with his dad. He had a love for people and always found the good in every situation. Teddy is survived by his parents, Ted and Liesha Jeter; sister, Emma Jeter; ; maternal grandparents, Wayne and Linda Cherry of Marianna; paternal grandparents, Ted and Judy Jeter of Sneads; maternal great grandmother, Ruth Edenfield of Marianna; one uncle, Todd Jeter and wife Leah; two aunts Kristie Jeter Mulder and husband, Michael and Lori Cherry Raits and husband, Dan; five cousins, Ashtyn Jeter, Taylee, Tanner, Tristan and Treyson Mulder. Funeral services will be at 2 p.m, Tuesday, September 11, 2012, at Sneads Assembly of God Church with Revs. Juno Douglas and Johnny Ray Fontenot officiating. Interment will follow in Pope Cemetery with James and Sikes Funeral Home Maddox Chapel directing. The family will receive friends Monday, September 10, 2012 from 5-7 p.m. at Sneads Assembly of God Church.
