Sibyl Hudson Wilson

Mrs. Sibyl Hudson Wilson, 91 of Graceville passed away, Wednesday, July 1, 2009 at Southeast Alabama Medical Center following a sudden illness. Ms. Sibyl was born in Louisville, MS on June 19, 1918 to the late Woodie Madison and Isabel Lankford Hudson. A beloved wife, mother and grandmother, Ms. Sibyl was an active member of the First Assembly of God Church in Graceville. Funeral services will be held 10 a.m., Saturday, July 4, 2009 at the First Assembly of God Church in Graceville with Rev. Charles Jackson officiating. Burial will follow 4:30 p.m., at Greenhill Memorial Gardens in Childersburg, Alabama with James & Lipford Funeral Home in Graceville directing. Family will receive friends at the funeral home Friday, 5 p.m. to 7 p.m. Ms. Sibyl is preceded in death by her husband William Woodrow Wilson, a daughter Debbie Connell and a granddaughter Shelby. Survived by her children Harold Wilson of Charlotte, N.C., Steve Wilson of Panama City Beach, FL, Connie Kelly of Graceville, sisters Miriam, Joyce, Earlene; grandchildren Wendy, Susan, Eric, Julie, Stefanie, Dawn, Bill, Sean, Drew, Matt, Jordan; eight great grandchildren Lane, Brooks, Patrick, Hannah, Andrew, Ashley, Stephen, Liza; one great great grandson Kile.
