Shirley G. Acampora

Shirley G. Acampora, 77, of Greenwood died Monday, January 21, 2013 at her residence. Born in Hoboken, NJ, Mrs. Acampora was a former resident of Broward County where she retired as a driver for the Broward County School System. She had resided in Jackson County for the past 10 years. She was preceded in death by her parents, Nicanor and Lillian Minni Yengle; a son, Paul Douglas Benda. Survivors include two daughters, Laura Jean Benda and husband Bill Johnson, Jr. of Bascom, Linda Lee Frazier of Greenwood; one son, Edward Francis Drzewiecki of Ocean Grove, NJ; one brother, Nicanor Yengle and wife Gloria of Delaware. Graveside funeral services will be at 2 pm, Wednesday January 23, 2013 at Bascom Baptist Church Cemetery with James & Sikes Funeral Home Maddox Chapel directing.
