Mr. Cook was a native of Dellwood, Fl, was of the Baptist faith, he served in the US Army and was a machine operator for Sealtest Foods. He is preceded in death by his wife, Dorothy Cook. Survivors include one sister, Bonnie Beatrice Stewart; several nieces and nephews. Funeral service will be 2 pm Friday, June 5, 2009 at Maddox Chapel with Rev. Jack Howell officiating. Interment will be at Pine Crest Memorial Gardens with James & Sikes Funeral Home Maddox Chapel directing. The family will receive friends from 6 to 8 pm Thursday, June 4, 2009 at Maddox Chapel.
