Sarah Agnes Hargrove Dykes, 77, of Grand Ridge died Wednesday, November 25, 2015 at Jackson Hospital.
Mrs. Dykes was a native and lifelong resident of Jackson County. She was born in Cottondale and was a Homemaker.
She was preceded in death by her husband, H.C. Dykes, one brother, Richard Hargrove and her parents, Allen and Eula Mae Sapp Hargrove.
She is survived by one son, Bill Dewayne Dykes; two brothers, Alton Hargrove and Roy Hargrove; five sisters, Jewell Whitehead, Frances Tindell, Shirley Gainey, Margie Greenman, and Myrl Armstrong; two grandchildren, two step-grandchildren, six great-grandchildren and one great-great-grandchild.
Funeral services will be 2 p.m. Friday November 27, 2015 at Cypress Grove Assembly of God Church with Rev. Wayne Fussell officiating. Interment will follow in Cow Pen Pond Cemetery with James & Sikes Funeral Home Maddox Chapel directing.
The family will receive friends one hour prior to services at Cypress Grove Assembly of God Church.
