She was the daughter of the late Horace and Naomi Bennett of Sneads. Survivors include her three daughters, Susan Proctor and husband, Jason, Angela Jeter, Sharmon Shealy and husband, Larry; eight grandchildren; one great grandchild; three sisters, Marilyn Villarreal and husband, Leslie, Lona Benefield and husband, Jerry, Daphene Edenfield and husband, Scott; two brothers, Jimmy Bennett and wife, Barbara, Buddy Bennett and wife, Melissa. Funeral services will be at 10 a.m. Friday, May 8, 2015 at Faith Haven Assembly of God Church in Grand Ridge Rev. Jeff Dubose officiating. Interment will be in the New Hope Freewill Baptist Church Cemetery in Dellwood with James & Sikes Funeral Home Maddox Chapel directing.
