Royce B. Alday, 52 of Cypress died Monday, July 21, 2008 at Jackson Hospital. Survivors include his wife, Betty Alday of Marianna; his mother, Ruby Alday; one son, Royce Alday Jr.; one step-son, Fred Vanburen; one daughter, Natasha Alday, Erickson; two step-daughters, Shon Massey and Konkina Vanburen; brothers, David, Carlos and Jerry Alday; 11 grandchildren. Services will be at 10 a.m. Wednesday, at Maddox Chapel with Rev. Jerry Mears officiating. Memorialization by cremation.
