Ronnie Sidney Folsom, 66, of Marianna died peacefully in his sleep Monday, June 11, 2019, while at his home.
Survivors include his daughter, Rebecca Stone of Sneads and stepson, Keith Murdock of Panama City Beach. His brother, Richard Folsom of Marianna and sister, Doris Edge of Havana, FL. His three Grandchildren, Lauren, Emily and James Stone by his daughter Rebecca and J.P. Stone of Sneads.
Sid was a lifelong native of Jackson County. He loved all of his friends and he loved to fish. The day before he passed, he was doing what he loved best, fishing on the river with a friend. Sid loved to tell stories about his grandson, James Paul, and their lifelong fishing adventures together. Nothing made him happier.
A memorial service will be 7 p.m., Thursday, June 13 at James & Sikes Funeral home Maddox Chapel in Marianna.
The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service at James & Sikes Funeral Home Maddox Chapel.
