RONNEL E. PIPPIN Ronnel E. Pippin went to be with the Lord on Friday morning, 7 May, 2010. He was born 18 March 1944 in Chipley, FL, and lived in Bay County for 38 years before moving to Wausau, FL in 2002. He was a member of the Grace Assembly of God Church in Chipley, FL. Ronnel loved to fish, work in his garden, and in his yard. He was a supportive and loving husband, a devoted father to his children, and grandchildren. Those that knew Ronnel will long remember his caring, and selfless devotion to his family and friends, his deep love of nature, and compassionate spirit. He was a retired electrician from the Paper Mill, Smurfit-Stone Container Corporation in Panama City, FL where he worked for 38 years. He was preceded in death by his father, R.E. Pippin, first wife Patsy Pippin, and son Wesley Pippin. He was survived by his mother, Elouise Pippin of Graceville, FL; sister, Mary Pippin of Bascom, FL; and wife of 28 years, Penny L. Pippin of Wausau, FL; son, Ronnie L. Pippin and wife Cristina of Yelm, Washington; a son Reed D. Pippin of Panama City, FL, one step-son, John Zemlin III, and wife Jennifer of Lawton, OK, and one step-daughter, Stephanie Jowers and husband, Jason of Panama City, FL; eight grandchildren Christopher Zemlin, Caitlin Jowers, Gary Pippin, Noah Zemlin, Daniel Jowers, Sarah Pippin, David Pippin and Dylan Zemlin. Pallbearers will be cousins, Gerald Worley, Dale Worley, Gene Worley, Craig Pippin, Kyle Pippin, Kenneth Pippin, Earl Pettis, Dwayne Pippin and Roy Charles Pippin. The family will receive family and friends at Grace Assembly of God at Chipley on Monday Night, 10 May, 2010 from 6-8pm, and Funeral Services will be at the Grace Assembly of God at Chipley on Tuesday Morning, 11 May, 2010 at 10:00 am, with Pastors Dallas Pettis, T.A. Green, and Donnie Jackson officiating with James & LIpford Funeral Home in Graceville directing. Interment will be at Marvin Chapel Cemetery in Graceville, FL. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to Emerald Coast Hospice Care.
