Mr. Barrentine is survived by his parents, Richard and Diana Barrentine; one brother, Robert Lynn Worthington and fiance Amanda Jones; two sisters, Karen Formby and husband Lamar of Chipley, and Teresa Greenlee of Marianna; five nephews, Andrew Webb, Jacob, Joshua, and Job Formby, and Trent Worthington. Funeral services will be held Sunday, January 24, 2010 at 2 p.m. at Maddox Chapel with Rev. Michael John Carr officiating. Burial will follow in Cottondale Assembly of God Cemetery with James and Sikes Funeral Home Maddox Chapel directing. The family will receive friends from 6-8 p.m. on Saturday, January 23, at Maddox Chapel.
