Rhonda Smith, 47 of Graceville passed away Friday, August 7, 2009 at her residence. Memorial services will be held 7 p.m., Tuesday, August 11, 2009 at the Chapel of James & Lipford Funeral Home with Rev. Chester Padgett officiating. Family will receive friends at the funeral home Tuesday, 6 p.m. until time of service with James & Lipford Funeral Home directing. Rhonda was born in Tallahassee on January 16, 1962. She was an LPN for many years. Rhonda was preceded in death by her mother Irene Bush Smith, sister Susie and a niece Crystal. She is survived by her daughter & son-in-law Amber and Tommy Phillips of Sebring, FL; father and stepmother Donald and Joyce Smith of Graceville; brother Wayne Smith of San Diego, CA; sister Sandra Cireddu of Leroy Township, OH; nieces and nephews Ashley, Allison, Bobby, Brian; several aunts, uncles and cousins.
