Perry Murray Bell

James & Sikes Funeral Home Maddox Chapel Perry Murray Bell, 91, of Marianna died Saturday, December 3, 2011, at Marianna Health and Rehabilitation Center. Mr. Bell was born in DeFuniak Springs, FL, on March 9, 1920, to Perry and Margaret Keen Bell. He married Louise Snellgrove and after serving in the US Navy, he moved to Pensacola and worked in maintenance for Newport Industries. After retiring from there, he worked for Gonzalez Brothers welding as a heavy machinery operator. He has resided in Marianna since 1995 and was a member of Trinity Baptist Church. Mr. Bell was preceded in death by his wife, Louise S. Bell and a grandson, Darren Bell. He is survived by his son, Billy M. Bell and wife, Elizabeth; one granddaughter, Dianne Wilson and husband, Lawson of Youngstown; and one great-grandson, Derrick Wilson. Funeral services will be at 11:00 a.m. Wednesday, December 7, 2011 at Trinity Baptist Church with Revs. Roland Rabon and Connie Farnell officiating. Interment will follow at Riverside Cemetery with James and Sikes Funeral Home Maddox Chapel directing. The family will receive friends at 10:00 a.m., one hour prior to the service on Wednesday, December 7, 2011 at Trinity Baptist Church.
