Funeral services will be held 10 a.m., Thursday, August 9, 2007 at the First Baptist Church of Campbellton with Rev. Jackie Register officiating. Burial will follow in church cemetery with James & Lipford Funeral Home of Graceville directing. Family will receive friends at the funeral home on Wednesday, 5 p.m. to 7 p.m. Peggy was born in Donalsonville, GA on August 26, 1958. She was a receptionist with Super 8 in Marianna and of the Southern Baptist faith. She was preceded in death by her parents, Jay and Brunise Wilson Allen; and a nephew Roy Towne. Peggy is survived by her two sons, Anthony Minton and wife Gail of Graceville; Daniel Minton of Cypress; three brothers, Lee Allen of Chipley, Rick Allen of Kynesville, Jason Allen of Graceville, four sisters, Diane Smith of Campbellton, Mary Freed of Compass Lake, Linda Register of Graceville, Elizabeth Cook of Two Egg; two grandchildren Maygen Minton, Travis Minton and a host of neices, nephews and cousins.
