Pearl Virginia Bazzell

Pearl Virginia Bazzell, 89, of Bascom died Saturday, July 18, 2009 at Southeast Alabama Medical Center in Dothan. A native of Waycross, Ga., Mrs. Bazzell was a former resident of Jacksonville, had resided in Jackson County for the past 15 years and was a member of Lovedale Baptist Church. She was preceded in death by her husband Frank Willis Bazzell. Survivors include one daughter, Linda Faye Pittman and husband Stanley of Bascom; two grandsons, Grat and wife Sandy and Gavin Pittman; one great granddaughter, Lynsey Pittman. Funeral service will be 11 am Wednesday, July 22, 2009 at Lovedale Baptist Church with Rev. Eric Dunham officiating, interment will follow at Brazzell Cemetery with James & Sikes Funeral Home Maddox Chapel directing. The family will receive friends from 10 am Wednesday, July 22, 2009 till funeral time at Lovedale Baptist Church. "
