Paul W. Kelley, 93, of Otsego, MI, died Thursday, August 10, 2017 at Marianna Health & Rehab Center, Marianna, FL.
A native of Otsego, MI, Paul W. Kelley had resided in Bay County for the last 30 years as a US Air Force Retired NCO. A 16 year Navy veteran from WW2 Pacific Theater through the Korea War, and then a 16 year veteran of the US Air Force, including two tours in Viet Nam, retiring with 32 years combined service and a Lifetime member of the VFW, Post 3030, Otsego, Michigan. He attended church locally at Panama City's Highland Baptist Church for years, as well as an active member of WPS, helping others with loss.
He was preceded in death by his mother, Ruby Lukins-Kelley; father, Hudson Kelley; sister, Donna Kelley-Whitney; son, John R. Kelley and daughter,r Jacqueline Kelley-Kaneen.
Survivors include his daughter, Colleen and her husband, Fred Mills of Bolingbrook, IL; two sons, Larry of Fountain, FL and Gordon Kelley and wife Char of Martin, MI; eight grandchildren, Kellie Ransler of Paw Paw, Mi., Renee' Rimkus of Portage, MI., Fredrick Mills of Winfield, IL., Jennifer Richardson of Fort Polk, LA., Christy Hubbard of Virginia Beach, VA., Larry Kelley Jr. of Millbrook, AL; Chad Henry of Allegan, MI. and James Kelley of Martin, MI.; sixteen great grandchildren and five great great Grandchildren.
A Memorial will be 10 a.m. Saturday, August 26, 2017 at the home of Pual's son, Larry Kelley, Fountain, FL, funeral arrangments provided by James & Sikes Funeral Home of Marianna, FL.
