Patricia Ann Sims, 75, of Bascom died Thursday, December22, 2022 at The Medical Center in Dothan, AL.
She was born April 12, 1947 to Jerry & Martha Gertrude Chambliss Smith. She worked many years at the Malone IGA. Patricia attended Pentecostals of Dothan Church.
Patricia is survived by her companion, Harold Clark of Bascom; Son, Richard Sims (Alicia); two grandsons, Jeremiah Sims and Skyler Sims; two great-grandchildren; one brother, Terry Smith; one sister; Brenda Smith Allen, all of Malone.
Funeral services will be 10 AM Tuesday, December 27, 2022 at James & Sikes Funeral Home Maddox Chapel with David Baldwin officiating. Interment will be in Collins Chapel Baptist Cemetery with James & Sikes Funeral Home Maddox Chapel directing.
