Norma Jean Kohr

Norma Jean Kohr, 59, of Alford died Monday, March 12, 2007 at Bay Medical Center in Panama City. A native of Lebanon, Pa. Mrs. Kohr had resided in Alford for the past 17 years and was a member of the Alford Baptist Church. She was preceded in death by her parents, David and Martha Brownsburger Shirk and a sister, Cynthia Chapin. Survivors include her husband, Roy K. Kohr, Sr. of Alford; a son, Roy K. Kohn, Jr. of Montana; two daughters, Julie Ann Speraw of Campbellton and Lisa Nelson of Two Egg; three brothers, Dave Shirk, Ed Zeckman and Kenneth Shirk all of Pa.; two sisters, Ellen and Sandra Lerch both of Pa; nine grandchildren and one great grandchild. Memorial services will be conducted at a later date at Alford Baptist Church. James and Sikes Funeral Home Maddox Chapel in charge of arrangements.
