Nell Olive Giddens, 87, of Bascom, died Wednesday, April 30, 2014 in Marianna.
Mrs. Giddens was a native and lifelong resident of Bascom and Jackson County. She was a retired Secretary with Department of Transportation for the State of Florida, and was a member of Mt. Olive Baptist Church.
Nell was preceded in death by her husband, C.F. Giddens and parents, Dessie and William Olive. She is survived by several nieces and nephews.
Graveside services will be at 10 a.m., Monday, May 5, 2014 at Pinecrest Memorial Gardens with Rev. Henry A. Fullington officiating. James Sikes Funeral Home Maddox Chapel will direct. No visitation planned.
