Myrna Lynne Weakland

Ms. Myrna Lynne Weakland, 56 of Marianna went home to be with the Lord on Monday, April 30, 2012 at Jackson Hospital. She was born on August 28, 1955 and a native of Odessa, Texas. She was a member of New Beginnings Worship Center in Grand Ridge, FL. For those whose life she touched, rejoice in the knowledge that she is in Heaven and reunited with loved ones and friends. She is survived by her loving friend; Dennis Singletary of Marianna, her father; Irwin Hawkins of Albuquerque, NM, one aunt; Peggy Lea of Marianna, one brother; Ronnie Hawkins of Albuquerque, NM, one daughter; Sheri Giles and Taurus Williams of Marianna, two sons; Grier A. Weakland IV and Tina Jones of Alford and Joshua Weakland and his wife Summer of Marianna, seven grandchildren and close family friends; Angie Rodriguez of Graceville and Rock Giles and his wife Andrea of Marianna. A celebration of life service will be held at 5 p.m. Wednesday, May 2, 2012 at New Beginnings Worship Center of Grand Ridge.
