Gayle served in the U S Navy for 30 years, retired as an Master Chief, was a member of the Masonic Lodge for more than 20 years. Gayle loved hunting and fishing. He was preceded in death by his parents, Angus & Sally Skinner Hall; his infant son, Gayle Jackson Hall, Jr.; brothers & sisters, Wendell Hall, Eddie Hall, Ninacile Mitchell, Trudy Kent & Angeline Hall. Survivor by his wife, Linda Jones Hall; sons, Joseph Hall & Randy Trowell; daughters, Cristina Hall, Cathy Hall & Beth Hall; brother, Lewis Buddy Hall and wife, Liz of Pensacola; one sister, Annelle McDaniel and husband, Kenny of Marianna; numerous grandchildren. Funeral services will be at 2 p.m., Saturday, August 22, 2015 at James & Sikes Maddox Chapel with Chris Rehburg officiating. Interment will follow at New Hope Baptist Cemetery in Marianna with James & Sikes Funeral Home Maddox Chapel directing. The family will receive friends at 1 p.m. Saturday, August 22, 2015, one hour prior to service at James & Sikes Maddox Chapel.
