James & Sikes Funeral Home Maddox Chapel Merie L. Wiggins, 87, of Marianna, died Wednesday, May 15, 2013 at Jackson Hospital. She is preceded in death by her husband, Comer D. Wiggins; daughter, Gracie Strickland. Mrs. Wiggins is survived by two sons, Walter Wiggins, and A.D. Wiggins; two daughters, Glenda Broome, and Linda Sue Sanders; brother, James Mills; two sisters, Elmira Lipford, and Lorene Lipford. Graveside services will be at 2 p.m. Tuesday, May 21, 2013 at Salem Free Will Baptist Cemetery with Rev. Donnie Hussey officiating. James & Sikes Funeral Home Maddox Chapel directing.
