Mary Lou Torbett

Mary Lou Torbett, 60 , of Blakely, Ga. died Saturday, November 20, 2010 at her residence. A native of Ohio Mrs. Torbett was a former resident of Marianna since 1972 where she retired from the Jackson County School System prior to moving to Blakely. She was a member of New Hope Baptist Church of Blakley. Survivors include her husband, Lee Roy Torbett of Blakely,Georgia; one daughter, Gina Rayann Arnett and husband Timmy of Marianna; two sons, Darren Lee Torbett of Blakely, Jeremy Kehner Torbett and wife Jenny of Marianna; one sister, Darlene Smith and husband Paul of Malone; four grandchildren, Dakota Meredith, Julee Arnett, Dylan Arnett and Malaina Torbett. Funeral services will be at 2 p.m. , Tuesday November 23, 2010 at Maddox Chapel with Dr. John Mourey Officiating. Interment will follow in Pinecrest Memorial Gardens with James & Sikes Funeral Home Maddox Chapel directing.
