James & Sikes Funeral Home Sneads Chapel Mary S. Bailey, 91, of Sneads died Tuesday, May 5, 2015 at Jackson Hospital. A native and life long resident of Sneads, Mrs. Bailey was of the Baptist Faith. She was preceded in death by her husband, Robert Bailey; her parents, George and Martha C. Davis; two sisters, Elizabeth Sligh and Mildred L. Roberts; one brother, James E. Simmons. Survivors include four sisters, Rosa Lee Pitts, Carrie Bell Spears, Lois H. Dudley and Martha Irene Riddle all of Sneads; two brothers, Jay Davis, Jr. of Marianna and Bobby G. Davis of Chattahoochee; several nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be at 2 pm Friday, May 8, 2015 at James & Sikes Funeral Home Sneads Chapel with Rev. Jack Howell officiating. Interment will follow at Pope Cemetery in Sneads with James & Sikes Funeral Home Sneads Chapel directing. The family will receive friends from 1 pm until funeral time, Friday, May 8, 2015 at Sneads Chapel.
