Martha Deloris Elmore

Martha Deloris Elmore, 67 of Bonifay, Florida passed away Saturday, February 18, 2012 at her residence following an extended illness. A memorial service will be held 6 p.m., Tuesday, February 21, 2012 at the Chapel of James & Lipford Funeral Home with Rev. James Sapp officiating. Family will receive friends Tuesday, 5 p.m. until time of service. Ms. Deloris was born in Holmes County, Florida on Feburary 19, 1944 to the late Sam and Florine Ham Ard. A graduate of Poplar Springs High School Class of 1961, she retired as an Administrative Secretary in Ft. Rucker and was a member of the First Baptist Church in Bonifay. She is survived by her beloved daughters Marcy Dixon and husband Eddie, Bonifay, Kelley Sawyer and husband Sean, Athens, AL; two grandchildren Eli Dixon, Jordan Dixon. A "heart felt thank you" to all our family and friends, for all the support you have shown to us with your love, prayers, calls, food, thoughts and prayers, not only today but the last several years.
