Marion Sproul

Marion Sproul, 71, of Marianna died Monday, September 29, 2008, in Dothan, Al. Marion was born in New York, December 20, 1936, and moved to Holly Hill, Florida early in her life where she resided until 1984 when she moved to Chipley, Florida. She moved to Marianna in 1991 where she resided until her death. Survivors include special friend and companion of 18 years, Raleigh Ingram of Marianna;two sons, William D. "Bill" Sproul and wife Joyce of Sneads, Morris Timothy Sproul of Palmetto; one daughter, Kandy Sproul of Marianna; one sister, Peggy Kimberly of Daytona; one grandson, Ryan Sproul; two step grandchildren, Jamie George, Julie Stinett; one step great-granddaughter, Kaitlyn George. Funeral services will be at 10 a.m. Thursday, October 2, 2008 at Maddox Chapel with Robert Kimberly and Tim Smith officiating. Burial will follow in Pinecrest Memorial Gardens with James & Sikes Funeral Home Maddox Chapel directing. The family will receive friends from 5-7 Wednesday at James & Sikes Maddox Chapel.
