James & Sikes Funeral Home Maddox Chapel Luther Paul Conrad, 82, of Malone died Saturday, September 22, 2012 at his residence. He was a native and lifelong resident of Jackson County. He was a heavy equipment operator for many years. Luther was a member of Friendship Baptist Church. He is survived by his wife, Elizabeth S. Conrad; son, Russell Conrad and daughter, Kaylah Conrad Andrews (Eddie); two grandchildren, Kyndal and Jessica Andrews; and brother, Hubert Conrad. Funeral services will be 10 am Tuesday, September 25, 2012 at Friendship Baptist Church with Rev. Greg Ford officiating. Burial will follow in Friendship Baptist Cemetery with James and Sikes Funeral Home Maddox Chapel directing. The family will receive friends Monday 5-7 at Friendship Baptist Church.
