Lulu M. Gibson, 86, of Marianna past away, Thursday, July 21, 2016 at Bay Medical Center.
A native of Miami, FL, Miss Lu had resided and retired in Jackson County for the past 37 years. She was a long time believer in Christ and a faithful member of Eastside Baptist Church for over 30 years.
She was preceded in death by her sister, Dolores Pugh and her brother, Curtis Padgett.
Survivors include her three daughters, Bridget Castellanos of Miami, Susan Gibson of Gainesville, and Kim Hix of Dothan, AL; and many grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
Funeral services will be 10 a.m. Monday, July 25, 2016 at Eastside Baptist Church with Rev. John Rollyson officiating. Interment will follow at Pinecrest Memorial Gardens with James & Sikes Funeral Home Maddox Chapel directing.
The family will receive friends from 4 p.m. till 6 p.m. Sunday, July 24, 2016 at James & Sikes Maddox Chapel.
