Lonnie Fred Wooten

Lonnie Fred Wooten, 63, of Ocala died August 17, 2009 at Hospice of Marion County. A native of Jackson County, Mr. Wooten had resided in Ocala for the past 20 years. He was a U. S. Army veteran. He was preceded in death by his father, James Lonnie Wooten; a sister, Delma (Lipford) Hinson and a brother, Joseph Timothy Lipford. Survivors include his wife Judy Wooten of Orlando; three sons, Marty Webb and wife Lorrie, Michael Wooten and wife Kathy and Wayne Howell; two daughters, Michelle Wooten McKeown and husband Joshua and Carla Albers; nine grandchildren; his Mother, Addie Mae "Love" Lipford; four sisters, Betty Ann Wooten Williams and husband John, Lou Ettie Wooten Pate and husband Harold, Sara Lipford Adams and husband Daniel and Lisa Wooten Johnson; five brothers, Robert Lipford, James Lipford and wife Amy, Billy Joe Lipford and wife Susan, Billy Wooten and Johnnie Wooten. Mr. Wooten donated his remains to the University of Florida Health Center in order to help others. A memorial service will be held at a later date with James & Sikes Funeral Home Maddox Chapel directing.
