Liselotte (Lotte) Andreasen, 88, of Greenwood died Wednesday, August 19, 2015 in Panama City. Mrs. Andreasen was born in 1927 in Munich, Germany. In 1951 she married Thomas G. Andreasen,Sr. and immigrated to the United States arriving on the Queen Mary through Ellis Island becoming a naturalized US citizen shortly thereafter. Lotte enjoyed being a homemaker, a devoted wife and mother. She was a gifted seamstress of all types of clothing, but, especially enjoyed making wedding gowns. She retired at age 76 after working at PenBrow Fashions Boutique for 23 years. Mrs. Andreasen enjoyed making afghans and pound cakes to give as gifts, she also enjoyed caring for her violets and orchids. She was preceded in death by her husband, Thomas G. Andreasen, Sr. Survivors include one daughter, Jeanette Andreasen and wife Mimi of Tucson, AZ; three sons, Robert Andreasen, Thomas Andreasen, Jr. and wife, Vanessa all of Greenwood and Joseph Andreasen and life partner Judy of Naples, FL; six grandchildren and one great grandchild. Funeral services will be at 10 a.m., Saturday, August 22, 2015 at Trinity Baptist Church with Rev. Roland Rabon officiating. Interment will follow at Greenwood Baptist Cemetery with James & Sikes Funeral Home Maddox Chapel directing. The family will receive friends at 9 a.m. Saturday, August 22, 2015 at Trinity Baptist Church one hour prior to service.
