Lillian Inez Dalton Bamberg, 86, of Grand Ridge died Wednesday, December 23, 2015 at her home.
Born in Concord, Fl, Mrs. Bamberg had resided in Jackson County most of her life. She was a retired LPN from the Florida State Hospital and a member of Grand Ridge Baptist Church. Mrs. Bamberg was an avid reader and loved to cook.
She was preceded in death by her husband of 62 years, Emerson Hubbard "Hub" Bamberg; her parents, Paul and Abbie Lowe Dalton; her two sisters and a half brother.
Survivors include her two sons, Paul Bamberg, Wayne Bamberg and wife Barbara all of Grand Ridge; four brothers, Hershel, Bill, Hardy and Joe Dalton;six grandchildren and eight great grandchildren; a host of nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be 2 p.m. Tuesday, December 29, 2015 at Grand Ridge Baptist Church with Revs. C. D. Harn and Rolan Bamberg officiating. Interment will follow in Shady Grove Cemetery with James & Sikes Funeral Home Maddox Chapel directing.
The family will receive friends from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m., Monday, December 28, 2015 at James & Sikes Maddox Chapel.
