James & Sikes Funeral Home Maddox Chapel Leslie Lee Haynes, 59, of Marianna died Thursday, July 23, 2015 at his residence. Leslie was predeceased by his father, Donald Hayes and his long time care giver Emily Jean Hill. He is survived by his mother, Mae New; sister, Vickie Campbell, her husband, Mike Campbell and his nephew, Cody Campbell. Leslie is one of God's chosen ones. He never met a stranger and never ceased to bring a smile to your face and warmth to your heart with his loving hugs. It brings our family great comfort in knowing that Leslie will be laid to rest next to his care giver Emily Jean Hill here on Earth and their souls will soar together in Heaven it is certain. We would also like to thank care giver Tim Herring for his love and care of Leslie over the past years and hospice for making his transition from this Earth comfortable. Funeral services will be 1 p.m. Monday, July 27, 2015 at James & Sikes Maddox Chapel with Rev. Marshall Barrentine officiating. Interment will follow in Pinecrest Memorial Gardens with James & Sikes Funeral Home Maddox Chapel directing.
