James & Sikes Funeral Home Maddox Chapel 4278 Lafayette Street Marianna, Florida 32446 L. H. Moore, 80, of Marianna died Sunday, October 23, 2011 at the Courtyard in Marianna. Mr. Moore worked for 39 years with Sprint Telephone Company. He was a boy scout leader and a member of the First United Methodist Church. He enjoyed fishing and gardening, he was a caring, devoted husband and father. Survivors include his wife Bette C. Moore, two sons, Ricky Moore of Marianna, Randy Moore and wife, Robin of Chipley; two brothers Carlton Miller of Milton and Dallas Miller of Mobile, AL. Funeral services will be at 10 a.m. Wednesday, October 26, 2011 at James and Sikes Funeral Home Maddox Chapel with Revs. Bill Elwell and Connie Farnell officiating. entombment will follow at Pinecrest Memorial Gardens with James and Sikes Funeral Home Maddox Chapel directing. The family will receive friends from 6-8 p.m. Tuesday, October 25, 2011at James and Sikes Maddox Chapel. Family request that flowers be omitted and memorial contributions be made to the First United Methodist Church building fund, 2901 Caledonia Street, Marianna 32446.
