Khyle Darine "Tommy" Cannon

Khyle D. "Tommy" Cannon, 67 of Grand Ridge died Monday, December 17, 2007 at Jackson Hospital. A native and life long resident of Grand Ridge, Tommy retired from Sundland and Herman Laramore Law Associates, he was the owner of Cannon Tax Service. He was preceded in death by his parents, Simon Deloy and Ursula Durden Cannon. Survivors include, a brother, Dalton Cannon; two sister, Mervyne Mitchell and husband Zack "Jack" all of Grand Ridge, Mellie Morris of High Springs; several nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews. He will be greatly missed by many people, including special friends, especially Mr. George and Mrs. Elemetter Johnson. Funeral services will conducted at 10 am Thursday, December 21, 2007 at Pleasant Hill Baptist Church with Rev. David Taylor officiating, burial will follow at Shady Grove Cemetery with James & Sikes Funeral Home Maddox Chapel directing. The family will receive friends from 6-8 pm, Thursday, December 20, 2007 at Maddox Chapel. In lieu of flowers, please make contribution to the Pleasant Hill Baptist Church building fund. "
