Kathy Diane Weeks Arceneaux, 66 of Cottondale, Florida died Sunday, August 18, 2024 at her residence with her family surrounding her.
She was born February 20, 1958 in California to Earl and Doris Ewers.
She loved fiercely, especially her family and animals. She was a barrel racer, dog lover and all-around cowgirl. She was extremely proud of her sons, grandchildren and great-grandchildren, she loved nothing more than watching them grow. Kat was a loving and devoted wife. No matter the endeavors she and Chris started, she was always right by his side.
She was preceded in death by her parents and her son, James Weeks.
She is survived by her husband, Chris Arceneaux; son, Steven Weeks, and wife, Automn; grandchildren, Julia (Theodore), Skylar, Kalie, Raelynn, Deyton, Jayla, Khelton, Khennasen, , Khoen; great-grandchildren, Celenia, Dominico and one on the way; siblings, Robert and wife, Wendy, Sharon and husband, Lester, Tony and wife, Sandy; numerous nieces nephews and friends who loved her dearly.
Funeral services will be 11 AM Saturday, August 24, 2024 at James & Sikes Funeral Home Maddox Chapel with Pastor Will Boswell officiating.
The family will receive friends from 10-11 AM Saturday, August 24, 2024 at James & Sikes Funeral Home Maddox Chapel.
