Kathe Walker

James & Sikes Funeral Home Maddox Chapel Kathe Walker, 85, of South Daytona died Sunday, August 9, 2015. Kathe was a loving, caring and giving person. In her younger days, she was an avid tennis player, playing sometimes twice a day with her husband Ruby. After he passed, she turned her energies to volunteer work and giving to numerous charities. She was a volunteer with South Daytona Police Auxiliary and a great crafter. Over the past 20 plus years she crocheted at least 600 baby Afghans for the project linus chapter in the Daytona Beach area and booties for the pregnancy cruiser center in Daytona. She will be greatly missed by family and friends who knew and loved her. Entombment held at End of the Trail Mausoleum in Rainelle, West Virgina.
