Karen Dianne Beeler

Karen Dianne Beeler’s battle with Cancer ended peacefully at Flower’s Hospital in Dothan, AL on Monday, September 2, 2024. 

Karen loved to sing worship songs about Jesus and His goodness with her church choir at Friendship Baptist Church of Malone, Florida. She was also passionate about helping children and taught children’s classes, both at church and at work. She was a teacher of 2-year-olds at Jackson County Early Childhood Center. 

Karen is survived by her children, Daniel Beeler of Tennessee, Jesse Beeler of Georgia, Sarah Beeler Long of Nevada; and her granddaughter, Emersyn Beeler, daughter of Jesse Beeler. She is also survived by her mother, Shirley Tompkins of Lovedale; sisters, Anita Bice of Hawaii, and Marlene Cole of Lovedale, and beloved stepsisters, Mary Tompkins of Florida, Diane Akamine of Wyoming, and Wendy Sugai of Hawaii.

Karen’s family would like to thank the many people who loved and supported her well.

Memorialization will be by cremation with James & Sikes Funeral Home Maddox Chapel in charge of arrangements. 

Funeral services will be 3:00 PM, Sunday, September 15, 2024 at Friendship Baptist Church in Malone.
